Every year I look forward to the PEPS Luncheon – it’s so fun to catch up with PEPS friends and get the scoop on what the organization is doing. I love hearing the stories and being a part of over 500 people working together to support new parents in our community – I get a little choked up just thinking about it!
So when asked to be a Table Captain, I said “Sure, I can do that!” But, then I got nervous – I don’t actually know what I’m doing. What if I’m sitting by myself at an empty table?
So, for all those out there wondering what it really means to be a Table Captain at the PEPS Luncheon, stick with me – I’ll be sharing my experiences all along the way!

So… what happens first? The Table Captain Kick-Off! Back in November, I went to this fun event to learn more about how to be a Table Captain… not only did I get a ton of information about the Luncheon, I got to chat with other Table Captains, and even made a few new friends!

My new Table Captain friends… so much fun!
When I left the Table Captain Kick off, I was so excited to fill my table! The next day I sent “Save the Dates” to a bunch of my friends. Now that the luncheon is getting closer, it’s time for me to really get people committed to attending and sitting at my table. Stay tuned for more adventures in table captaining, and it’s not too late to join me! You can sign up to host a whole or a half table here. I promise it’ll be fun!!!
