Planning for and welcoming a baby is such an exciting time. There are also a lot of decisions to make. One of these decisions is what type of diaper is the best fit for your family. Often referred to as the Diaper Dilemma!

Many parents prefer the convenience of a disposable diaper — but also want to use the healthiest products for baby and our environment — there is now an exciting sustainable diaper solution in Seattle and the surrounding areas!

Babies will use over 3000 diapers from birth to potty training. Traditional disposable diapers will sit in landfills for an estimated 500 years! So many diapers — in fact, diapers are the third largest single consumer item in landfills. After just a few weeks of using and throwing out traditional diapers in their garbage, many parents wind up seeking a more sustainable option because they just can’t stand creating so much waste.

After more than 75 years of helping families with their diapering needs through a cloth diaper delivery and cleaning service, Baby Diaper Service has transitioned to offer a new, innovative diapering option for families: eco-friendly disposable diapers!

Over the years, we have diverted millions of diapers from traditional landfills. Our mission has always been to provide the healthiest diaper for babies and the best option for our environment. With 95% of families choosing disposable diapers, our goal was to find a way to partner with families to have an even larger impact. With 18 billion disposable diapers going into landfills each year, we know there is a problem and we wanted to help! We are proud to offer this new solution of a sustainable diaper service offering weekly delivery and pick up of plant-based eco-friendly disposable diapers

Families love the convenience of having diapers delivered to their front door!

We provide a weekly delivery of eco-friendly disposable diapers by Nest diapers to families’ homes. Our families love to open their door each week to find their diaper delivery! No need for emergency trips to the store; cross shopping for diapers off the to-do list. We also pick up the diapers each week and transfer them to a center for responsible recycling – from waste to renewable energy! Just toss the diapers and wipes into the bio bags we provide; we will take it from there!

Nest diapers are made with clean and safe ingredients, non-toxic, and free of chemicals. They are both absorbent and hypoallergenic. They are also made with biodegradable materials which allows them to be recycled into renewable energy!

We care about babies, families, and the planet!

We love hearing from our families! The two most common things we hear about the Nest diapers are that there are no diaper rashes, yea! We also hear that they are very absorbent. This is so exciting because it means babies are comfortable when they’re wearing Nest diapers. Parents feel good about choosing Nest diapers for their baby and the planet!

Our Service Area includes Seattle, the Eastside to North Bend, Tacoma to Everett, and Snohomish. You can schedule weekly service to begin once your baby arrives, and we typically deliver diapers 2-3 weeks before your due date. Visit our website to learn more about our services, sign up, or reach out to us with questions. We can even help you add Baby Diaper Service to your baby registry or create a link for a Diaper Fund!
